Which airlines is the VIP service available with?
Our VIP service is available with almost all major airlines including:
Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Air New Zealand, British Airways*, British Midland, Cathay Pacific, Delta, Emirates, Gulf Air, Iberia Lufthansa, Oman Air, Qantas, Royal Brunei Airlines, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, United Airlines.
*for passengers flying in premium cabins only
The Heathrow VIP service is not currently available with American Airlines flights, please contact your airline for further information.

My flight is from Terminal 1/3/4. You’re based at Terminal 5, can I still use the VIP service?
Regardless of airline, all VIP passengers using the service must arrive and depart from the Windsor Suite located at Terminal 5. Passengers departing from other terminals with other airlines will be transferred internally by limousine to their terminal of departure.
How much does the service cost?
£1500+VAT for a group of up to six passengers travelling together on the same flight. This rate is for one departing, arriving or connecting flight.
How many passengers can I book this service for?
Six passengers per booking. For larger numbers please contact us.
Can you cater for children?
Yes, well behaved ones. We have car child seats for young children and slightly older children. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
How is security taken care of?
All passengers are screened to the same standards as the normal airport terminals, but this is done at a dedicated security area in complete privacy away from other passengers. The same legal rules on liquid restrictions apply.
Will I get my own lounge?
Yes, every travelling group is given their own private lounge to wait in. This is similar to a hotel suite, with comfortable sofas, TV, internet and iPads.
Do you have showers?
No, there are no showers available. There is a 5 star Sofitel hotel very close and some passengers with a long transit layover choose to book a dayroom at this hotel.
What food and drinks are available?
Passengers are offered tea, coffee, biscuits and a small alcohol selection. Enhanced catering can be organised if booked a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
I need to have a meeting with people before my flight, can this be catered for?
You can use a lounge for up to three hours before your flight for a private meeting with up to six additional people. These could be passengers or non passengers.
Can you protect my clients from the paparazzi?
Yes. When in the custody of our VIP hosts, we guarantee total privacy from the media or public. In the front car park there is a very small chance of long range photography getting a photo over the fence, but no physical intrusion.
Can I just turn up?
No – bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the flight departure/arrival time. Capacity is limited, so you will need to book early to ensure you can enjoy the VIP experience.
Can I arrive in my own car?
Yes. When you arrive we will valet park your car. Valet parking must be booked in advance. Please be aware that there will be an additional parking charge.
Can VIP’s go shopping?
Most passengers choosing to use the Heathrow By Invitation VIP service do so to avoid the public spaces of the main terminals. However if you would like to visit the shops in your terminal of departure and time permits, this can be organised.
Can I claim my VAT back from the lounge?
Yes, but we will need to escort you to the tax reclaim Bureau, which is outside of the VIP area.
I need a car to take me into London – can this be arranged?
We can organise a chauffeur car to take you to any UK address. There will be an additional charge for this.
When departing, what time do I arrive at Heathrow?
It’s important to allow enough time to check-in for your flight. The reporting time varies slightly by your destination (Europe v Long haul), airline and terminal of departure. Please follow your individual airlines’ guidelines for reporting to the airport.
Can you cater for wheelchair users?
Yes, all our services are fully accessible. Please let us know at the time of booking of any special requirements.
Do airlines offer their own VIP services?
Some airlines offer VIP services with teams who can escort you through the main terminal building processes. None of them offer the Heathrow by Invitation limo to plane service or private lounges Please contact your airline directly to understand what is available.
How do I book the service?
The service is booked using the booking form on this website. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
How much luggage can I bring?
Weights limits and charges vary according to ticket type and airline. You must adhere to your airline’s luggage limits – if unsure as to how much that is, please contact them and they’ll be happy to tell you. Any excess baggage payments must be made directly to your airline.
Excess baggage can be shipped in advance using www.firstluggage.com - your bags can be collected in advance and arrive at your destination they day you do.
